F.Y.T. Machining based in Redondo Beach California would like to provide your current and future Prototype Machine Shop needs.

F.Y.T. Machining's expertise includes machining close tolerance contoured parts, such as Wind Tunnel models, metal forming molds and dies.  4 axis Wire EDMing of swarfed or tapered parts such as custom punch dies and aircraft parts.  Also, difficult to hold parts, for example, thin and irregular shaped parts, requiring special techniques other than conventional clamping.  F.Y.T.'s goal is to provide complex prototype machining services and make them easier for you.  At your request, we can also provide very elaborate CMM inspection reports that are easy to interpret.   If your products don't require surfacing, consider having us develop them for you.  We can reverse engineer a part with a CMM and provide you with accurate and smooth surfaces.  The main advantage F.Y.T. has is that we have low overhead cost and can provide you with a affordable developed product.

F.Y.T. Machining is committed to providing excellent customer service through great workmanship and technical abilities.
